The brief

Take the bland and formulaic interior of a new build and transform the reception areas with an injection of glamour and sophistication. Bring light into the pitch black stairwell whilst retaining the ability to close off the rooms.

The solution

Taking down a small section of stud wall and rebuilding in toughened glass, floods the stairwell with natural light, whilst opening up the L-shaped room to make it feel larger. Bold colours and graphic patterns create drama, whilst the textured fabrics inject warmth.
